Thank you for the comment. I know that I am blessed. I am somewhat ashamed to say that I didn't even think of those who have lost their father or whose father is no longer part of their lives. Fathers' day must be a hard day for those folks. At least you know where your earthly father is even though he isn't here with you.

Paul - great comments on Fathers Day. My earthly father is already in heaven with our heavenly father and today is my dad's birthday too. I miss him still so much. You are blessed to have your father and your children around you. I know what you mean about things not always going according to OUR plans! Glad it was an enjoyable day anyway!! God bless!
