Hello again,

I have had my final knee surgery!  At least I hope it is my final knee surgery for a VERY long time.  Other than getting started about 2 hours late, it went very well.  I have been able to get to and from the restroom without crutches.  Praise God!

If you EVER need an orthopedic doctor, no recommendation that I could give Dr. Keller would be high enough.  Part of it could be that he is also a photographer but working with him has been outstanding.  He is willing and able to re-phrase complex medical terms and procedures in terms you can understand.  Since I also work with computers, when he first explained the cortisone shot in my knee as rebooting a computer.  To continue with that analogy, unfortunately two reboots didn't fix the problem.

I may have done, or tried to do, too much today.  Now that is is 10pm, my knee is hurting.  I am going to go sleep in my bed tonight.  I slept on the couch last night as I didn't want to try and navigate the stairs.

If you are a person who prays, I would appreciate you prayers for my recovery and decisions that will need to be made in regards to my vehicle.
