I received an email today that intrigues, scares, fascinates and challenges me.  No it isn't some long lost relative who died with lots of money in a foreign country.  Those I just delete.  No this email came from the city of Phoenix.  Apparently  they are looking at starting a photography class for baby boomers and they are looking for instructors!

I have been told by many people, including my high school physics teacher, that I would make a good teacher.  My physics teacher was trying to explain how a zener diode worked.  I was able to explain it to several of my classmates near me so he asked me to give it a shot in front of the class.  I compared it to a radiator cap on a car and all the guys, and many of the girls understood, or at least they seemed to.

An aptitude test I took while attending a junior college indicated that given my results, I should be a math teacher!

For those of you reading this that pray, please pray for wisdom about this decision.  Depending on the expectations for the class, it could be lots of fun.  My hesitations at the moment are the distance from my studio and what evening the class would be held on.  I have bible study one night a week and my AZPPA meetings once a month.
